Privacy Policy
This page is maintained by Morah Rina to answer common privacy questions about the morahrina.com booking site. Last updated: July 2026.
What we collect
When you create an account or book a lesson, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, your child’s first name and age, and — if the lesson is at your pool — your pool address. We also store booking dates, times, and payment status.
How we use your information
- To schedule and confirm swim lessons.
- To send booking confirmations, payment reminders, and schedule updates by email and text message.
- To share the lesson location with you after booking is confirmed.
- To respond to your questions or changes.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted service providers to run the site and send messages: Lovable Cloud for hosting and data storage, and Twilio for text-message notifications. These providers process data only on our behalf.
Text messages
By providing your phone number and completing a booking, you consent to receive transactional text messages about that lesson (confirmation, payment reminder, schedule updates). Message frequency varies with booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS notifications at any time.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and process bookings. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Data retention
We keep booking and account information for as long as needed to provide lessons, handle payments, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and booking history by contacting us.
Your choices
You can review or update your account information by signing in. To delete your data, change communication preferences, or ask questions, contact Rina Greenberg at 310-801-9568 or by email at the address on your booking confirmation.
Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls on the database. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so please use a strong password and keep your login details private.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or laws change. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
